3、电缆标志桩是埋设在天然气高压管线沿线以塑钢、玻璃钢、复合材质为主，涂有黄色标记的电缆走向标志桩，为起提示警示作用，标有“燃气管道、燃气电话、管线桩号、管线走向、电子巡检信息钮”，便于巡线抢修人员迅速找准管线位置，赢得抢修时机。根据《城镇燃气管理条例》三十六条要求，擅自拆除和移动天然气高压管线上埋设的电缆标志桩属于违法行为。
